Graham provides consultancy services in all areas related to sporting shooting. He is an adviser in all
matters relating to sporting shooting including safety, competence, firearms usage and compliance with
best practice. He has over 30 years of practical shooting experience and is Shooting Consultant to the
Countryside Alliance, a Vice President of the British Association for Shooting and Conservation and a
Council member of the British Shooting Sports Council. He has served on various Statutory committees
including the UK Government’s Lead Shot (England) Advisory Committee. He gave oral evidence to the House of Commons Home Affairs Committee’s 2009 inquiry into Firearms Controls.
His book, Shooting for Beginners, with a foreword by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, is a recommended text
for the British Association for Shooting and Conservation’s Young Shots and Proficiency Award Schemes.
Graham provides Expert Witness services in the field of sporting shooting for solicitors acting in personal
litigation claims. Liability in the case of shooting accidents and other incidents is assessed against current
legislation and best practice, and written reports are prepared. Graham has full Court experience.
