Graham provides consultancy services in sporting shooting. He is an adviser in all matters relating to shooting including firearms legislation, safety, competence, firearms usage and compliance with best practice. He has over 50 years of practical shooting experience with shotgun and rifle. Graham is Secretary of the British Shooting Sports Council and a Vice President of the British Association for Shooting and Conservation. He has served on various Statutory committees including the Home Office Firearms Fees and Medical Evidence Working Groups. He gave oral evidence to the House of Commons Home Affairs Committee’s 2009 inquiry into Firearms Controls.
Graham provides Expert Witness services in the field of sporting shooting for solicitors acting in personal litigation claims. Liability in the case of shooting accidents and other incidents is assessed against current legislation and best practice, and written reports are prepared. Graham has full Court experience.
